Somatic Workshop: Support around and at the edges of you
This 90-minute trauma-informed experiential workshop invites participants to explore external supports for the body.
Through gentle embodied practices using things you have nearby and optional self-touch, participants will begin to explore places where their body feels held and supported.
Instead of an educational presentation, this class will focus on external resources for the body. In addition to embodied practices, this class will also include space to share and reflect. No prior experience is needed, and all participation is by invitation, at each participant’s own pace.
