Finding Tiny Islands of Comfort with Zena Watson
This 90-minute trauma-informed experiential workshop invites participants on a journey of exploration for external and internal resources of comfort.
Through gentle embodied practices that incorporate centering and mindfulness of the body, participants will begin to explore small places where their body feels the three Cs: connected, centered, and comfortable (or neutral).
Instead of an educational presentation, this class will focus on the body’s resources. In addition to embodied practices, this class will also include space to share and reflect.
No prior experience is needed, and all participation is by invitation, at each participant’s own pace.
