Embodiment For Recovery Part Two A Guided Practice Workshop
This 60-minute trauma-informed experiential workshop invites participants to reconnect with their bodies through gentle embodied practices.
Instead of an educational presentation, this class will focus on engaging in somatic exercises that can help:

Soothe the nervous system

Support recovery

Strengthen the body’s inner resources

Foster a greater sense of safety and connection
In addition to embodied practices, this class will also include a discussion of ways to incorporate embodied practices into daily life.
No prior experience is needed, and all participation is by invitation, at each participant’s own pace.
