Easier on Purpose

After a traumatic or acquired brain injury, everyday tasks can take far more energy than they used to. Memory slips, planning fatigue, and executive function challenges are common, and pushing harder often makes things worse.

This session draws on practical strategies developed within neurodivergent communities, especially ADHD and autistic adults, who have long designed systems to support brains that work differently.

We will explore concrete, low-pressure tools for:

  • memory
  • organization
  • task initiation
  • and follow-through

All strategies that can make daily life easier-on purpose!
