Leisure Exploration Series Session 2: Exploring Writing

This class offers an opportunity to explore writing as a creative outlet and leisure activity.

Meadow will lead the group through a few exercises that are accessible, fun, and meaningful.

There is no pressure to share your writing, and you can choose not to write at all.

Feel free to show up and participate in whatever ways feel accessible and safe to you.

Some materials that may be handy to bring are:

• Pen or pencil
• Journal or plain/lined paper
