This year, Brain Northwest stood alongside thousands of people navigating life after brain injury. We met individuals where they are, honored lived experience, and worked to ensure no one had to face recovery alone.
Here’s what your support made possible:
3,185 individuals reached through classes and educational programs, creating accessible, trauma-informed spaces that build everyday life skills, confidence, and independence. Participants gained tools to rebuild routines, strengthen self-advocacy, and imagine new possibilities after brain injury.
160 individuals supported through food access and mutual aid, meeting urgent needs with dignity and care. For many in our community, food security is essential to health, stability, and healing—this support reduced stress and strengthened trust during difficult times.
480 individuals assisted through the Brain Northwest phone line, offering a vital point of connection for information, advocacy, and reassurance. Each call was a moment to listen, guide, and remind someone they were not alone.
Two new brain-injury-focused support groups launched and sustained, expanding peer-led spaces rooted in shared experience. These groups foster belonging, reduce isolation, and support collective healing and resilience.
Expanded access through our Pool Trust program, allowing more beneficiaries to receive critical financial support and stability.
A new name—Brain Northwest, reflecting our broader reach, stronger partnerships, and clearer alignment with our mission and values.
As we look ahead, we invite you to continue being a part of this impact in 2026.
With your support, Brain Northwest will continue ensuring people living with brain injury have access to resources, connection, and hope.
Thank you for believing in this work and for standing with the brain injury community.
Together, we are building a future grounded in dignity, resilience, and possibility.
