Breaking Barriers TBI Support for Veterans and First Responders

This session addresses the “hidden epidemic” of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in military and first responder communities. It explores why TBI often goes undiagnosed, focusing on challenges like symptom overlap with conditions such as PTSD and the strong cultural stigma that prevents help-seeking.
